WCC Survey Results Part I: Demographics

Kicking off a multi-week deep dive into the 176-page WCC Survey Results, starting with who fills out the survey and where they live.

WCC Survey Results Part I: Demographics

In an effort to be transparent and of benefit to the many busy people in our community, Our Town Winnetka will provide context to one of the most important documents in our community: the 176-page WCC Survey Results. We thought it important to take some time to present it to the community in a manner that is approachable -- over a series of weeks -- and highlight what the community is really saying.

The deep dive into the WCC Survey Results will be a multi-week series, with each week focusing on a topic area.

This week we will start with the basic premise of who fills out the survey. What are the demographics (gender, age), from which districts do we submit, and how long have we resided in our community? The actual WCC Survey Results can be found on the WCC Webpage.

Today's Focus: WCC Survey Demographics

Did You Know:

  • In 2024, the WCC Survey had 1,623 responses
  • Additionally, the community made 1,217 comments when given the chance to express their feelings to questions asked
